Welcome to the next 4-week Pranayama & Meditation block course which is designed to expand on new techniques that you can use in everyday life to energise, gain focus, clarity and balance.

You will learn the science and what it is doing within the body, practice the technique then expand on this by learning and practicing meditation techniques.

Combining these two practices leads to a calm and peaceful, optimal functioning mind and body.

You will receive a take home informational booklet each week as well as guided voice recordings from each night for your own practice. 

New & exciting techniques learnt on this course include;

  • Brahmari, Kapalbhati & Pre- Pranayama Exercises
  • Bandhas (energy locks)
  • Mudras (gestures)
  • Ishwara Pranidhana (Aum)
  • Creating new and advanced sequences 

The breath controls all of our internal physiological functions and learning how to utilise it can lead you to increased vitality, energy & focus at the same time as decreasing anxiety, stress and dis-ease.

This course is suitable for all ages and experiences, as where ever your knowledge and practice is at, you will continue to strengthen and grow whilst receiving the abundant benefits.
